Conference Awards and Qualifications

How to Qualify for Awards

  • Marketing Executives must be registered for Conference and the Awards Gala no later than January 15, 2025 in order to be considered for any award.
  • Marketing Executives must be present at the time the award is given.
  • Marketing Executives will qualify for awards based on their Status as of December 31, 2024 and must be in "good standing" with Melaleuca at the time awards are calculated and presented. Melaleuca reserves the right to determine tie-breaking criteria as necessary.
  • Conference registration must be under your own account – if for any reason you purchase a Conference ticket from another Marketing Executive, you will need to contact Sales department and have it transferred to your account.

Customer Retention

Awarded to the Top Marketing Executives with the highest 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate and the highest Organization Preferred Customer New Growth.

Personal Director 3 DEVELOPMENT

Awarded to Marketing Executives with the highest number of new Personal Directors 3 developed.

Achievement Leaders

Directors: Awarded to Directors with the highest index of Organisation New Growth and the highest number of new personally developed Directors and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

Senior Directors: Awarded to Senior Directors with the highest index of Organisation New Growth and the highest number of new personally developed Directors and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

Executive Directors +: Awarded to Executive Directors with the highest index of Organisation New Growth and the highest number of new personally developed Directors 3 and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

Business Builder

Awarded to the Top Marketing Executives with the highest number of Active and Preferred Customers in their organization who have also developed a new personal Director and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

FRIENDS & FAMILY

Awarded to Marketing Executives with the highest Organisation Product Points average per customer, excluding Value Pack.

Leadership Growth

Awarded to Marketing Executives with the highest number of new personal Senior Directors or Executive Directors developed and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER GROWTH

Awarded to the Top Marketing Executives with the highest New Growth (minus roll-ups) in organisational Preferred Customers and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

Awarded to New & Advancing Senior Directors Awarded to all Executive Directors and above.

Personal ENROLEE Advancement

Awarded to the Top Marketing Executives with the highest number of Director and above advancements of their personal enrollees and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.

Awarded to Marketing Executives who have the most new quality Personal Preferred Customers and have a 12-month average Personal Customer Retention Rate of 90% or higher.
